So to start, this is NOT an aquarium stand. It is a TV cabinet as indicated on the cover of the instruction booklet. The assembly is about what you'd expect from a piece of furniture that arrives in a box but more than a few notches below the ease of an IKEA product. It is important to examine all the pieces before you begin assembling them so you fully understand what is going to attach to every piece as it is very easy to install nearly every piece backwards to include the shelves in the middle of the cabinet. Which if you install them backwards the doors will not shut.As others have stated, I did not receive all the necessary screws and the screws for the door handles were too long. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to send replacement hardware but after nearly a week they have not notified me that they have shipped it yet. But honestly, it was only about $5 worth of screws at your local hardware store so it's not the gravest offense in this unit.The top is two pieces and does not line up well along the edges where it meets so I will have to ditch the provided hardware used to attach it to the frame so I can properly align it. The predrilled holes for the door hinges aren't placed well either so its going to take some adjusting to get the doors to line up properly as well.Assembly took a couple hours and at this point it's become a matter of personal pride to turn this into a respectable piece of furniture or I'd take it apart and ask for a refund. If you have the time and ability to put in some extra elbow grease you can make this work. If you don't have the time or ability I'd get something else.
